2010-08-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663168摘要:本計畫目的乃(一)針對護肝功效之保健食品 (不限衛生署通過之健康食品)為對象,進行國人使 用保健食品之實證研究(健康效益)及使用行為調查分析,(二)配合上述選定之護肝保健功效產 品,進行護肝保健食品之保健功效成分鑑定(定性與定量)與其安定性試驗方法之開發,並檢討 現行之安全性評估方法。預定將以現今大多數的人較常食用之護肝保健食品,來進行詳細的研究 和檢討。本計畫擬(1)收集市面上或是已通過衛生署核可之護肝保健食品相關資料加以整理,並 配合保健食品販賣公司(如:安麗、如新、雙鶴等)進行實證研究(健康效益)或使用行為調查分析 加以研究,計畫預計受試者1000 位,而受試者將分三大族群分別為健康族群、ALT,AST 值較高 族群、及肝臟疾病族群,我們會以問卷方式詢問受試者食用何種護肝的保健食品,希望受試者可 以提供相關健康檢查資料以及進行護肝保健食品對受試者的行為影響(如採用健康量表等分析); (2) 經由第一年計畫結果選取較有正面影響之護肝保健食品來進行保健功效成份鑑定(定性或定 量)、安定性試驗方法之開發及檢討現行之安全性評估方法。此外,護肝保健食品安全性評估方法 將進行書面與召開會議討論二種方式以利得到共識的結論。<br> Abstract: The aims of this project are (1) evidence-based study and product-used behavior survey of liver protection health foods for the first year project (2) identification of active compounds and development of safety examination method and active compound’s stability test for the most influenced liver protection health foods which are choosen from the results of the first year project. We will choose the most common liver protection health foods for this study. This project will (1) collect the information of the liver protection health foods from commercial companies including with the health foods license from Department of Health, Executive Yuan, Taiwan, R.O.C. and cooperate with the famous health foods selling company, such as Amway, NU SKIN and Shuang Hor etc. for doing the evidence-based study and product-used behavior survey. The number of subjects for this project is around 1000. The subject groups are divided into three groups i.e. health group,higher values of ALT and AST group, and liver disease group. We will use questionnaires to understand what kind of liver protection health foods which are taken by our subjects, and hoping that subjects could provide some information about the effect of these health foods on their health. Furthermore, the product-used behavior survey will also be studied via health evaluation questionnaires. (2) According to results of first year project, the most positive effect of liver protection health foods will be chosen. The identification of active compounds in liver protection health foods (qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis), development of stability test for activecompounds, and re-evaluation of safety examination methodology for liver protection health foodsare investigated in the second year project.
