2007-01-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/706767摘要:由於對於地球資源的保護,以及尋求下一代之替代能源,使得潔淨能源近年來成為學界及業界非常重要的研究主題。其中,如何有效率的利用太陽能製作低成本、大面積、高功率轉換率之太陽能電池,一直是如何有效發展潔淨能源之重要因素。共軛高分子與奈米半導體材料形成的混成材料具有光電轉換的性能,為下一代非常有潛力之太陽能電池材料。 本研究計畫之主要目標為以二年的時間,開發最佳化的高分子/奈米粒子混成太陽電池的製作程序,與易通元科技公司合作(全球DVD Disk數一數二的廠商),其總經理林芳慶博士為計畫協同研究員,供給分散與薄膜製程技術,使得本研究團隊已有的Polymer-TiO2,Polymer-CdSe系統最佳化,第一年開發在鈍氣中製作程序,第二年開發元件包裝製程,使效率及壽命至少增加2倍以上,達到可產品化的階段。 在總計畫中,主要的工作第一年為採購含元件製程設備的鈍氣氛手套箱,協助子計畫4,設備的設置。協調各子計畫間的工作與合作,並與廠家密切合作,促使成品產業化。第二年為輔助子計畫4,設備的運作,協調各子計畫間的合作,轉移廠家技術,促進成品產業化。 <br> Abstract: Renewable clean energy research has become a very important topic because the energy shortage problem and environmental protection. To have a low cost and large area solar cell is currently pursued by many researchers around world for an affordable energy source. The polymer-nanoparticle hybrid material exhibits effective conversion from solar energy to electricity. Thus, the material has potential to be used as an active material in the solar cell fabrication. The main goal of this project is to develop optimal fabrication process for polymer-nanoparticle hybrid solar cells with the collaboration of E-Top Mediatek Inc, Dr. Lin, F-C, general manager, will be one of the coresearcher in our team to provide the dispersion and thin film technology to optimize our existing technology: polymer-TiO2 and polymer-CdSe system. In the first year, we are developing the fabrication techniques in inert atmosphere and in the second year, we are developing packaging techniques. The objective is to increase the efficiency and life of existing solar cell by two times. Then, the product is viable for commercialization. The objective of the mainprogram is to ensure the good communication between subprograms and manufacturer. We are going to purchase inert gas environmental chamber containing spin coater and vacuum evaporator and help the subprogram 4 to set up the system in the first year.
