2008-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/697974摘要:本計畫將自&#64008;研發一種無載&#63946;氣泡探針用於同步測定海水中的營養鹽。其與傳統自動分析儀最大的&#63847;同是該設計可完全避開取樣或注入閥,因而&#63745;節&#63853;分析時間,也徹底解決&#63930;海水界面的折射&#63841;干擾。用此套新型設計可同時測定海水中的亞硝酸鹽磷酸鹽及矽酸鹽,如加掛去氣泡器也可將硝酸鹽的測定頻道一同併入。本計畫也同時檢討各測定項目的化學反應動&#63882;,將各種影響反應速&#63841;之因子,如溫&#64001;、鹽&#64001;及試劑&#63870;等,以矩陣式規畫評估,以期找出最適合快速分析的條件與配方。最後將各測定項目整合為一組同步系統,用於研究船上進&#64008;&#63991;即分析。<br> Abstract: A novel bubble-stream loading technique has been developed to establish an automated analysis system for the simultaneous determination of nutrients in seawater. It takes the advantages over traditional designs by eliminating the need of a sampler, an injector and a carrier flow. Thus, the sample taken up will not be diluted in the manifold and the final signal can be free from refractive index interference. The technique can be readily applied to measure nitrite, phosphate and silicate, whereas a more sophisticated de-bubbler and a mixing chamber design will be needed for nitrate and ammonia. All chemical methods are to be reassessed according to the formation reaction kinetics involved in the chemical determination, and the reagents are to be rearranged for optimal color development. By combining individual units and integrating them as a multi-channel system, it can be operated on-board a research vessel thus helping analysts to obtain efficiently more accurate results.營養鹽自動分析nutrientautomated analysis以無載流氣泡探針取樣方式改良之多頻道自動營養鹽分析系統研究
