2018-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/659124摘要:本計劃目的在開發水禽羽毛非羽絨部分之角蛋白大量萃取純化程序,並建立羽毛角蛋白於生 物材料使用之生化與材料學特性評估,以提升水禽羽毛之深度加工價值。希望能提供國內水禽羽毛之深度加工方式,提昇羽毛原料為生物醫學材料之利用基質,大幅增加羽毛加工後價值。 試驗材料主要以水禽羽毛角蛋白為目標,透過提昇萃取與回收效率,增加角蛋白之產量,再搭配材料科學相關檢測與分析,對角蛋白衍生之生物材料進行利用評估。所得之成品可作為創新性生物材料,提供後續應用於醫療或其他工業使用。預計可建立3種不同類別羽毛原料來源的角蛋白萃取製程,以應用於不同原料之回收利用並開發材料特性強化之角蛋白膜,利用不同特性角蛋白膜進行釋放材質開發。<br> Abstract: The purpose of this study is to develop a mass extraction and purification procedures of keratin from the waterfowl feathers. We also try to determine the biochemical and material properties of feather keratin. These results will be applied on biomaterials to improve the value of waterfowl feathers. It will upgrade the domestic waterfowl feather processing methods and lead feather raw materials to become biomedical materials matrix. The test material mainly aims at the utilization of waterfowl feather keratin. Through enhancing the extraction and recovery efficiency to increase the yield rate of keratin. The following material science related detection and analysis will evaluate the property of biomaterials derived from keratin. The final product can be used as an innovative biomaterial for subsequent use in medical or other industrial use. It is expected that the keratin extraction process of three different types of feather raw materials can be established for the recovery of different raw materials.
