2006-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682405摘要:本年度將從豬隻飼養場收集微生物,採樣的方式為北中南共挑選32個豬場,以直腸拭子自保育後期及肥育前期豬隻取樣,進行Salmonella spp.、Campylobacter jejuni、Campylobacter coli、Enterococcus faecalis、Enterococcus faecium及Escherichia coli等微生物分離鑑定及抗藥性分析,以了解相關抗菌劑抗藥性的變化情形。利用從豬場所分離的微生物進行抗藥性測試,所得資料可提供農政單位參考,除可持續監控豬場中微生物抗藥性變化,也可了解禁止飼料添加或禁止產食動物使用之抗菌劑在禁用後微生物抗藥性的變化情形。<br> Abstract: In this year, we will collect microorganism from 32 pig farms in Taiwan. The feces samples will be collected by swabs in the rectum of nursery and fatting pigs to isolate microorganism such as Salmonella spp., Campylobacter jejuni, Campylobacter coli, Enterococcus faecalis, Enterococcus faecium and Escherichia coli and analyze the related to antibiotic resistance.
