Cutaneous reactions due to gemcitabine treatment, including alopecia and maculopapular eruption, are well known. We report one patient with squamous cell carcinoma of the lung who developed a gemcitabine-induced cutaneous reaction mimicking acute lipodermatosclerosis. This case has never been reported in the literature before.[SDGs]SDG3amoxicillin; cisplatin; dexamethasone sodium phosphate; furosemide; gemcitabine; granisetron; aged; alopecia; article; case report; drug safety; human; lipodermatosclerosis; lung squamous cell carcinoma; male; priority journal; rash; skin biopsy; Acute Disease; Aged; Antimetabolites, Antineoplastic; Deoxycytidine; Drug Eruptions; Humans; Leg Dermatoses; Male; Scleroderma, LocalizedGemcitabine-induced acute lipodermatosclerosis-like reactionjournal article10.1080/000155501317208381118599472-s2.0-0035703926
