2003-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684670摘要：本計劃預計完成300個檢疫鳥類檢體之家禽流行性感冒(AI)、新城病(ND)、西尼羅病(WN)之檢測。本計劃之完成可以協助國內檢疫單位進行鳥類重要傳染病之檢測，減少病原傳播入境之危險，同時經由建立PCR以快速診斷技術應用在進口及國內鳥類的感染檢測，並可推廣診斷方法至第一線獸醫診斷同仁處，確保能早期檢出此等類重要傳染病。<br> Abstract: The aims of this project are to enhance the quarantine program on specific diseases including avian influenza (AI), Newcastle (ND), and Western Nile disease (WND) in imported bird. We expect to examine more than 300 samples collected from imported birds. By performing this project, we will able to establish rapid diagnostic methods for the AI, ND and WND.
