2007-09-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/657773摘要：為提升外銷旗艦產品之國際競爭力，本計畫以蝴蝶蘭與木瓜產業為模式，透過核心技術之整合套裝與加值運用機制，擬定：1) 強化農業技術及產品市場競爭力分析，2) 落實核心技術研發成果盤點、保護與缺口補強，與3) 建構核心技術整合套裝與加值運用模式等三項策略目標，期能透過核心技術之掌握與加值運用，同步提升產業技術面向與產品面向之國際競爭優勢。 本計畫將分別針對蝴蝶蘭與木瓜產業，由兩組專業研究團隊，針對上述三大策略目標同步進行。為確保相關之核心技術符合產業需要且為提升產業競爭力所需，計畫分二階段進行，第一階段透過市場面向之競爭力分析，與技術面向之研發成果盤點，配合跨領域專家之評估，將本產業過去所掌握的技術進行有系統的分類與分析，藉此篩選出具商品化潛力之關鍵技術(組合)。核心技術經由技術關聯鏈之建構，並透過相關智財權制度加以保護，確保技術領先優勢﹔對於亟需進一步補強或強化之技術缺口以二年時間完成。 本計畫第二階段則著重於技術整合套裝與加值運用。將第一階段國內所能掌握之關鍵核心技術，依市場需求性進行技術整合套裝。相關套裝技術除將進行商品化評估外，並選定適當之生產專區進行加值運用示範，建立相關之營運模式及產品商品化運用機制。 <br> Abstract: The purpose of this proposal is aimed to enhance the international competition capability of our exporting target crops: phalaenopsis and papaya through the development, integration, package of core technologies, and added-value strategy. Three strategic goals will be focused on: 1. Strengthen agricultural technology and market competitiveness analysis, 2. Inventory, protection, reinforce of developed technologies and/or achievements, and 3.Integration and packaging of the core technologies to increase the product competition in the international market. According to the specific goals, two research teams will be organized for phalaenopsis and papaya, respectively. This project will be conducted in two separated stages to meet the requirements of each industry: market competition and core technology owned and required (SWOT analysis) will be analyzed in the first stage then, the production strategy for these two target industries will be evaluated and determined. The core technologies for the target industry should be decided, integrated, and developed in this proposal within two years for sure that we keep the leading advantages in both the marketing competition and technology of these two crop industries. The second stage of this proposal will be focused on technologies integration and packaging to increase the added–value of our products to meet the marketing demands according to the efforts of the first stage.
