2016-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682274摘要：本計畫自94年度起積極結合產學研及政府資源，成立智慧財產培訓學院，規劃智慧財產專業課程、編撰及增修培訓教材、培育種籽師資，並甄選培訓單位依據統一的課程、教材、師資，開辦培訓課程，藉此系統化培訓機制，加強培育我國智慧財產專業人才。 同時，本計畫亦辦理種籽師資進修課程及司法人員、大專校院研發技轉人員等對象之智慧財產專業課程，提升其IP專業知能，持續進行培訓成效追蹤調查，以使本計畫培訓工作更符合國內智慧財產培訓市場需求。此外，本計畫亦加強與國際接軌，強化辦理國內智財交流活動，以促進各界之新知交流。98年度起更推動智慧財產職能基準及能力鑑定認證制度，期導引相關人才的教育訓練，縮短學用落差。 透過本計畫，可望全面提升國人智慧財產專業素養，藉由建全我國智慧財產權保護環境，期建立國家良好的科技發展環境，增進國內研發能量與產業競爭力。 <br> Abstract: From the year of 2005, This project actively combined the industrial, academia, researchful, and governmental resource to establish “Taiwan Intellectual Property Training Academy，TIPA”. The task of TIPA are as follows: formulating professional courses of Intellectual Property（IP）, the compilation and update of instructional materials, the cultivation and training of instructors, and the selection of training unit for holding training courses by uniform courses, instructional materials, and instructors. Through the utilization of a systematic cultivation and training mechanism, TIPA aims to reinforce the training of IP professionals. At the same time, TIPA hold refresher courses of instructors and professional IP courses for judicial official and teachers of secondary and elementary schools, in order to develop necessary IP-related expertise among them. Further more, TIPA also execute investigation, in order to meet the demand of IP training market : one is the chasing of training effect, another is the demand of IP manpower. Beside the task above, TIPA keeps in step with the current trends and practices of the international IP community and holds internal IP exchange activities for promoting exchange of IP news and knowledge between different IP fields. From 2009, TIPA starts to promote standards of IP expertise via skill certification systems, hoping to lead the education or training of related professionals and reduce the gap between education and employment. It is expected that the IP equipment of people in Taiwan will be promoted generally by this project.
