A methodoloy for optimizing viewing characteristics for display applications was suggested. The effectiveness of the analysis and the methodology was confirmed by experimental results. It is observed that with stronger microcavity effects, the emission characteristics of top-emitting OLEDs are very sensitive to layer thickness.[SDGs]SDG7Anodes; Color; Dielectric materials; Ellipsometry; Magnetoelectric effects; Multilayers; Quantum efficiency; Refractive index; Spectroscopic analysis; Electromagnetic model; Organic layers; Organic light-emitting devices (OLED); Radiation dipoles; Light emitting diodesMethodology for optimizing viewing characteristics of top-emitting organic light-emitting devicesjournal article10.1063/1.17451072-s2.0-2942624521WOS:000221269800004
