2023-01-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/700288本研究由政府激勵和管制政策兩方面，分別討論政府產業政策的成效評估。本研究的特色在於豐富資料庫的應用，並輔以文字探勘技術以補資料庫的不足，讓政策分析與評估更完備。本研究的六個研究方向分別為：政府研發激勵政策與企業研發績效；新創事業評價；法規對公司經營決策之影響；強制性揭露與企業資訊環境；初級資本市場管制放寬的影響；文字探勘在政府政策評估之應用。本研究除了運用嚴謹的統計分析，從學術研究面向提出貢獻外，更能為我國產業政策的制定，提供良好的政策評估模式。 This research project aims to evaluate the effects of government industrial policies from two aspects: stimulation policy and regulatory policy. The unique feature of the research is to use abounding databases, together with the complement from the text mining technique, to thoroughly analyze and evaluate government policies. There are six research areas in this research project: government policy on innovation stimulation and firm performance; the evaluation of start-up firms ; the effect of regulation on corporate operating policy; compulsory disclosure and corporate information environment; the effect of deregulation on IPO market; the application of text mining on government policy evaluation.
