2005-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684634摘要:為提昇台灣對於新興人畜共通傳染病之診斷技術和防治對策,本計畫擬與美國聯 邦政府疾病管制局合作,派員赴美研修西尼羅病毒感染症及Q熱之抗原檢測、病 原分離與血清學檢測等診斷技術;並赴美國約翰斯霍布金斯大學公共衛生學院及 康乃爾大學獸醫學院,以研習西尼羅病毒感染症於馬之臨床檢驗技術,及考察美 國當地之疫情;並於國內研發分子生物技術,以輔助西尼羅病毒感染症之抗原診 斷。綜合上述從而建立西尼羅病毒感染症及Q熱之診斷技術,使台灣能於該等新 浮現之人畜共通傳染病入侵的第一時間點,能以快速並兼顧生物安全之診斷技術 予以因應。 <br> Abstract: To improve the diagnostic and preventive techniaqes for the emerging zoonosis, researchers will be sent to Center of Disease Contol and Prevention, John Hopkin University and Cornell University in USA to learn the techniques. We will also collect the epidemiologic informations of the West Nile virus infections and Q fever, develop molecular biology techniques for the diagnosis of this two diseases.
