To approach resources such as food, water and habitat with specific condition for survival, animals sometime will have to cross the roads during their movement. Animals crossing the roads not only increase the danger for passing drivers or passengers, yet, the frequent roadkill events threatened the crossing animals, particularly amphibians reptiles that move slowly. Therefore, this study intends to conduct the surveys through fieldwork and field data collection among three selected roads which locate in TuCheng District and SanXia District of the New Taipei City. The roadkills data among different animals will be collected and further analyze. The survey data derived in this study can be used as the basis for road mitigation measure planning and evaluation, as well as play role as reference data for long-term monitoring and habitat quality amelioration in future.新北市「研究路殺改善道路附屬設施」生態調查規劃
