2008-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661936摘要:相較於其他魚種,吳郭魚具生長快速、抗菌力佳與飼養環境要求較寬等優點,現已成為台灣的主力淡水養殖魚種之一。由於飼養歷史長久,相關之繁殖及飼養方法均已完備,而細菌與外寄生蟲性疾病為造成吳郭魚養殖經濟損失的主要病害,依照我國防檢局「水產動物用藥使用規範」規定,可用於水產養殖的奎林類藥品僅兩種,此不但無法滿足臨床治療所需,且非標籤指示用藥,更易導至公共衛生上的疑慮。故年度工作將以開發台灣鯛違法使用恩氟奎寧羥酸(enrofloxacin)之採樣適當時機、檢測標的物質與組織為目的。其成果除可避免水產品藥物殘留,保障國內消費者的健康外,並提供業者遵循以維護其產業的國際競爭力。<br> Abstract: Because of sever physiological and growth environmental factors are much easily controlling than other fish species, Tilapia already becomes one of the most important specie of fresh water fish in Taiwan. The bacterial infections and ectoparasites are the major causes of economic loss in aquaculture. According to the present regulation published by Bureau of Animal and Plant Inspection and Quarantine (BAPHIQ), only two quinolones can be used for therapeutic purposes. However, this not only can not resolve the clinical therapeutic problems but also make extra-label using relative category medicine occasionally. These circumstances also cause some public health considerations. The goal of annual research will focus on “To define the proper sampling time and sample tissue after illegal usage of enrofloxacin in Tilapia”.
