2018-04-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662752摘要:根腐線蟲屬 (Pratylenchus sp.)的線蟲長期為本轄區特用作物山藥之重要病害,迄今未有有效的防治方式。2017年中,於轄區內芋頭田中上發現大量咖啡根腐線蟲(Pratylenchus coffeae)造成產量下降;亦於大湖地區草莓園中發現有未曾被報導之胡桃根腐線蟲 (Pratylenchus vulnus)族群存在,恐對年產值近10億的草莓產業 造成嚴重威脅。因此,本計畫擬開發適用於苗栗地區土壤之根腐線蟲多重聚合酶分子檢測技術(multiplex PCR),縮短篩檢及鑑定時間並提升鑑定精準度,以便協助防治管理策略之擬定,解決農民心中隱憂。<br> Abstract: The plant parasitic nematodes that belong to thePratylenchusgenus have long been an important problem on yam in the Maoli area, and there are no effective control methods thus far. In the year 2017, high population ofPratylenchus coffee was found in a taro field in Maoli and several populations ofPratylenchus vulnus were also discovered in the nearby strawberry fields. These nematodes are potential threats to the 1 billion strawberry industry of the region. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a multiplex PCR assay for the root lesion nematodes in the Maoli area.
