藍崇文2006-07-252018-06-282006-07-252018-06-282003-10-31http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/9345本計畫使用區熔式提拉法生長光 折變材料—鈮酸鋰單晶,採用固體連 續進料方式填補晶體生長中熔區中所 消耗的原料量。我們目前已生長具直 徑控制的鐵錳雙摻(0.075wt%Fe2O3+ 0.01wt%MnO )的鈮酸鋰晶體,並對生 長過程的熱場進行探討。此外,在固 體連續進料所造成的晶體氣泡包覆問 題上,我們也加入內坩堝的設計,已 可生長出完全不含氣泡包覆的晶體。 而針對我們生長的鐵錳雙摻鈮酸鋰晶 體,也進行其光折性質的量測,晶體 的繞射效率為26%,雷射光寫入至達到穩定的時間約為1000 秒。The zone-leveling Czochralski method (ZLCz) was used to grow lithium niobate crystals with the continuous solid feeding. The 0.075wt% Fe2O3 + 0.01wt% MnO co-doped congruent lithium niobate crystal with diameter control has been obtained. The problem that the bubble included in the grown crystals has been solved by using inner crucible during the crystal growth. On the other hand, the photorefractive property of the grown crystals was measured.
