2007-10-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/697929摘要：臺灣在面對人權議題的作為上，雖已有相當努力，但學術機構於人權議題的相關教學、課程、研究、資料蒐集與國際合作等各方面，卻顯得相當薄弱。 本計畫的核心任務即致力於改變前述學術研究不足之現況，並期待能扭轉其所可能帶來之不良後果。因此本計畫之宗旨主要為「提昇人權學術研究」、「建構人權研究的合作平台」，以及「形塑人權文化之學術支柱」等目標。 有鑑於任何學術研究的最基本條件乃在於基礎圖書文獻與研究資料的蒐集與建立，為達成前揭目標，本計畫乃期待透過重點資料中心的設置，能初步達到對於人權研究之基礎資料的蒐集與建置。包括：各國圖書、期刊、重要文獻紀錄、影音資料及電子資料庫等，並進而形成人權研究之學術合作平台，使其成為台灣發展人權研究工作最重要的學術支柱。<br> Abstract: Although Taiwan has made many efforts in accomplishing human rights, yet the academic institutions in Taiwan did not fulfill much achievement in the respect of teaching, programs, research, data collecting and international cooperation concerning the subject of human rights. The aim of this project is attended to improve the attention paid by the academic community in aforesaid subject, which may also help to avoid the ill effects derived from the deficiency. As a consequence, the goals of the project are to promote more research in this field, construct the cooperation platform in human rights research, and form the academic foundation in the culture of human rights. In viewing that the fundamental element of every academic center lies in the abundant materials and documents concerning the research topic, our project is expected to collect and construct data initially to achieve this goal. The center shall be of great accessibility to any books, periodicals, significant materials, film and music data, and digital database from all over the world regarding such topic to become the most important academic foundation of human rights research in Taiwan.人權人權研究human rightshuman rights research
