2008-04-092024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662412摘要:雄不稔性是番椒(Capsicum annuum L.)生產及育種上的一個重要性狀。近幾年來,本研究室以CMSP及ATP2引子對檢測10組辣椒、甜椒A、B系,可清楚的於苗期確定其不稔細胞質之有無;然而,有些品種/系的不稔性會因季節變化而有所改變,目前的分子標誌並無法鑑定。因此,本年度的目的除觀察各系統花藥發育與溫度關連外,釐清溫度對番椒雄不稔性狀穩定性的影響,及雄不稔相關蛋白基因表現量與番椒雄不稔性狀穩定性的關連,也擬探究雄不稔穩定性與雄不稔相關基因表達的關連性,期能從中找出早期鑑定的方式。<br> Abstract: Cytoplasmic male sterility is an important trait in pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) breeding and production. Recently, some genetic markers were successfully applied in seedling selection. However, the male sterility of certain lines are not as stable. Therefore, the objective of this study is to identify the effect of temperature on stability of the male sterility in pepper.
