2007-03-282024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/655670摘要:本計畫之目標為建立包含新品系基因轉殖玉米、且具品項專一性的多重PCR檢測法,擴大適用範圍並簡化檢驗程序,以確實掌控飼料原料中轉殖玉米的種類與含量,提供畜產業參考,以利安全飼料之調控。執行方法除依據各轉殖玉米品項所專一的序列進行設計之外,並將依據多重PCR分析的結果,修訂引子設計,使全部8種品項的專一性檢驗,能夠相容於多重PCR檢驗程序中,以簡化轉殖玉米的檢測方法,並提高檢測靈敏度。<br> Abstract: The goal of this proposed research is to establish a multiplex PCR system which is capable of detecting 8 GM maize events. Event specific primers will be designed according to the construct and flanking maize DNA. Primer functionality is evaluated based on their specificity to the respected events and compatibility within a multiplex PCR system.
