2008-08-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/665189摘要:本研究以在大陸地區之各國汽車供應商網路為研究對象,探討各國供應商網路類型之特性及影響選擇某類型供應商網路之決定因素,以及進一步探討這個供應商網路類型的選擇對汽車製造商和零件供應商績效的影響。我們首先整理相關理論文獻,與產業專家意見,發展本研究之觀念架構和研究假說。其次再以位於大陸之各國汽車製造商與供應商為調查對象,進行問卷調查,蒐集資料後進行統計分析,驗證本研究所提出之假說。<br> Abstract: This research intends to study the assembler-supplier relationships of Japanese, American, European, indigenous automobile makers and suppliers in China to first examine various economic, social and institutional determinants affecting the choice and design of governance structures of automobile supplier network in China and their logic, and then discuss the performance implications of supplier network strategy on both the assemblers and suppliers. Following both literature review of theoretical arguments and field studies, the research frameworks and associated research hypotheses are developed. We then use Japanese, American, European, indigenous automobile makers and suppliers in China as sample for questionnaire survey to collect data, and test the hypotheses.
