2004-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/659250摘要:母豬懷孕階段如遭受熱緊迫與飼養於母豬夾欄的緊迫,均可導致仔豬分娩頭數降 低以及損害仔豬的免疫能力,因此提高仔豬育成率是目前國內肉豬生產的重要關 鍵。以往此階段仔豬之飼養策略為藉由添加抗生素以克服仔豬之離乳障礙,希望 能藉添加微生物製劑以得到更佳之保護效果。因此本試驗之目的即在探討懷孕母 豬後期階段與仔豬離乳後階段於飼料中分別添加微生物製劑之應用效果,分析懷 孕母豬與仔豬的血漿IgG濃度及T cell與B cell增生能力之反應,以評估微生物製劑 添加對改善懷孕母豬受熱緊迫或夾欄環境影響之免疫能力低落現象,並分析離乳 仔豬餵飼上皮細胞生長因子對腸道發育之影響,以期能提高仔豬之育成率,並減 少育成階段仔豬對抗生素之依賴性。<br> Abstract: Heat stress and pregnant crate can be significant sources of stress for pregnant sows, and these stresses will depress the immunity and weanling rate of their newborn piglets. Improvement of piglet survival rate is one of critical issues in pig industry. Antibiotics are commonly used in the piglet diets. In order to lower or eliminate the usage of antibiotics, Heat stress and pregnant crate can be significant sources of stress for pregnant sows, and these stresses will depress the immunity and weanling rate of their newborn piglets. Improvement of piglet survival rate is one of critical issues in pig industry. Antibiotics are commonly used in the piglet diets. In order to lower or eliminate the usage of antibiotics, it will require piglets to have a strong immunity and high weanling rate to start with by supplementation microbial additives in the diets. The purpose of the present project are : 1) to evaluate the effects of microbial additives application during the last third pregnant period on the plasma IgG concentration, the proliferation capacity of T and B cells in pregnant sows and their newborn piglets. 2) To compare the intestinal development after feeding epidermal growth factor of weanling piglet. The results can serve as references to judge the efficacy of microbial additives to prevent the decrease of immunity of newborn piglets and increase their weanling rate.
