By knowing that other important cities are all promoting heavily in developing ATIS these days; we can see the developing trend to this situation is to focus on combining subsystems together. The subsystems that needed to be combined include Advanced Transportation Management System (ATMS), Advanced Public Transportation System (APTS). The main reason to combine these systems together is to be able to provide real time traffic information to the traveling information system. This project uses the above concept to construct a real-time vehicle traffic information database; it uses the vehicle as the main part of the real-time traffic information provider. The database uses the technique of wireless communication to combine the real-time traffic information all together in order to execute the routing planning tasks, emergency announcing tasks and park guiding tasks. The main research items in this project include: the first year is to complete the construction job of the “Real-time traffic information database”: It includes system function analyzing, system function identification and content testing.application/pdf370654 bytesapplication/pdfzh-TW國立臺灣大學土木工程學系暨研究所先進旅行者資訊系統(ATIS)駕駛安全路徑規劃事故資訊停車導引Advanced Traveler Information System(ATIS)Driving SafetyRouting PlanEmergency Announcing InformationPark Guiding[SDGs]SDG11先進安全智慧車--多模車機整合技術暨先進安全駕駛輔助系統─子計畫五:車載即時交通資訊作業資料庫建立(I)To Build Operating Database of Real-time Traffic Information for On-Board-Unit(OBU)(I)reporthttp://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw/bitstream/246246/2911/1/932218E002117.pdf
