2014-05-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684994摘要:為及早因應湖山水庫桶頭攔河堰設置營運後,越域引水可能對清水溪桶頭攔河堰以下河段之生態衝擊,並盡量降低此衝擊效應,及提供魚類等水生物,於枯水期間的棲息及避難空間,特成立本可行性評估研究案。本計畫將利用基本資料蒐集、文獻回顧及現場補充調查方式,初步評估可行的生態避難池位置、面積、型式、操作方式等,同時擬定數種方案,進行預案假想情境之棲地模擬評估,以擇定最適之可行方案,並協助擬定相關之維護管理措施。<br> Abstract: The water division by Tontou Weir of Hushang Reservoir is expected to influence the aquatic ecosystem of Chinshuei River. The objective of this study is to mitigate the impacts of fish by discovering the ecological ponds for fish sheltering in flood period and fish resting and feeding in normal flow period with respect to conduct field investigation, hydrodynamic model simulation, fish habitat model calculation. The optimization of several sets of ecological ponds will also discussed including different site, area, allocation, inlet and outlet configuration and so on.
