夏復國2006-08-232018-06-282006-08-232018-06-282002http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/29333本計劃為『墾丁國家公園海域長期生態研究- 整合與模式建構』整合型計劃中 子計劃一。主要係研究南灣海域上層水體物理流場,細菌生產力 (BP),水體群 聚呼吸率 (CR),浮游植物初級生產力 (PP),顆粒態有機碳 (POC)及6.溶解態有 機碳 (DOC)之時空分布。生物源有機碳在上層水體之來源(source)以PP 測量, 消耗(sink)以BP 及CR 的測量而加以評估,POC 及DOC 則可顯示有機碳庫存量 (stock)之變化。本計劃將於南灣設立15 個航次測站 (內含3 個錨定測站),每 2 個月進行一次為期2-3 天的航次調查。另計劃2 航次﹙春及夏季﹚進行定點密 集採樣,用以觀測日夜及潮汐效應。目前已於2001 年的月進行了四個航次的調 查。以下先行報告第一航次之部分結果。This proposal is a component of the cooperative research program entitled “Long-Term Ecological Research on Ken-Ding coral reef ecosystem”. Temporal and spatial variations of the physical flow field, bacterial production (BP), community respiration rates (CR), phytoplankton production (PP), particulate organic carbon (POC) and dissolved organic carbon (DOC). Cruise survey will be conducted on a bimonthly basis in the Nan-Wan Bay of Ken-Ding. In addition to cruise survey, Short-term variations (i.e. diel and tidal) of these parameters will be studied by anchored sampling during spring and summer. The distribution patterns, stocks (POC & DOC), sources (PP), consumption (BP & CR) and possible controlling mechanisms on the cycling of biogenic organic carbon will be analyzed.Up to present, a total of four cruises has been conducted.
