2019-05-082024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682115摘要:本計畫預計針對生物炭與植穴常用介質及微生物製劑之添加進行評估,比較不同配方對於都市常見種植苗木之生長影響,探討都市常見苗木對於不同生物炭介質配方的生長及耐病反應。另外,本研究將評估添加生物炭於綠化植穴介質後12個月,對於都市綠化植株生長狀況的影響,及其對土壤中微生物生態造成之變化。透過本研究將提升生物炭與相關微生物交互作用之知識研究,我們預期研發綠化植穴生物炭介質配方,將提供未來施用方法與應用場域進行優化參考。本研究將建立生物炭於都市林微生物因子影響性評估模組,能有效提供未來施用評估之標準作業流程制定參考,提升都市林綠化植穴之效能表現。<br> Abstract: This research aims to study the impact of biochar planting material mix on common urban summer greenery plants growth and their disease resistance ability, by comparing different biochar planting material mixes. In addition, this research will study the impact of biochar on urban greenery plants and their soil microbes in greenery planting holes application, through a year-long monitor and microbial structure analysis. By gaining information among biochar and microbe interactions, we plan to screen and develop a product that suits for future urban greenery plating application and commercialization optimization.
