2020-08-272024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/655532摘要:全球氣候變遷導致葉菜生產不穩定。儘管設施葉菜生產可能相對穩定,但仍受氣候因素(例如設施中的光照和溫度)所影響,因此不易預測產量和品質。本研究將收集設施微氣候數據,並分析葉菜產量和質量;基於作物生理發展蔬菜產量預測技術;評估設施微氣候與葉菜品質的相關性,可以此為基礎建立未來的關鍵品質指標預測模型;並在不同場域進行驗證。本研究成果將可應用於設施葉菜訂單式規格化生產排程,提高經濟收益。<br> Abstract: Global climate change leads to unstable leafy vegetable production. Although the production of leafy vegetables in greenhouse can be relatively stable, it is still affected by climate factors such as light and temperature within greenhouse, making it difficult to predict yield and quality. This study will collect greenhouse microclimate data and analyze leafy vegetable yield and quality; develop vegetable yield prediction techniques based on crop physiology; evaluate the correlation between greenhouse microclimate and leafy vegetable quality, and use this as a basis to establish future key quality index prediction model; and verify in different fields.
