The presence of ANF was nearly 100% in systemic lupus erythematosus. It was frequently detected in diseases with autoimmunity, especially when there was multi system involvement. Its presence in various diseases was described and it was positive in 1.1% of healthy persons. Possible clinical significance of the presence of ANF is also discussed.enA clinical study of antinuclear factorjournal article45494332-s2.0-0016342393https://api.elsevier.com/content/abstract/scopus_id/0016342393
