2014-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663179摘要:針對我國所公告的植物檢疫nepovirus繼續收集相關資訊,更新第一年所建立之植物檢疫nepovirus鑑定相關資料庫。對於欠缺檢測相關產品和文獻的植物檢疫nepovirus,繼續設計並測試植物檢疫nepovirus的專一性引子對。建立一套植物檢疫nepovirus之標準鑑定流程,提供給植物檢疫單位參考使用。對於本省栽種之葡萄曾被報導遭受ToRSV感染,將利用我們所建立之檢測方法加以釐清,以確認台灣是否為ToRSV非疫區。<br> Abstract: To renew the identification information database for plant quarantine nepoviruses, we will continue to collect and organize all required information. For the plant quarantine nepovirus lack of detection methods and related products, the virus-specific primer pairs will be designed and tested also in this year. The standard operation protocol of plant quarantine nepoviruses will be established and provided to the authorities of plant inspection and quarantine. We will use our detection method to clarify if grapevines cultivated in Taiwan were infected by ToRSV as previously reported.
