2002-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/696021摘要:資訊科技已經成為組織或個人不可或缺的競爭武器,但資訊科技的價值研究迄今仍未能獲得明確的結論,此結果或許是分類上產生問題,且過去對資訊科技的分類可能無法滿足重視策略性管理、追求競爭優勢的資訊時代。因此本研究嘗試利用策略性觀點建構資訊科技的分類模式。 本研究就資訊科技的定義、分類的意義及資訊科技的分類等相關文獻進行探討,利用Herzberg(1966) 所提M-H Theory的構想及參考Kano et al.(1984)對品質的分類研究,並遵守Fleishman & Quaintance(1984)的分類原則,而提出IS/IT的策略性分類模式。此模式係由「IS/IT功能特性的具備程度」與「對組織或個人的競爭力影響程度」兩構面來進行對IS/IT科技的分類與管理。依此分類模式而將資訊科技分成策略性科技、正向科技、基本科技、無效科技及負向科技等五種類型,進而提出IS/IT的策略性分類原則,依此原則以學生為例及目前IS/IT為對象進行實證分類研究。 <br> Abstract: With the rapid change in all types of working environment, information technology (IT) has played a larger role in a knowledge-based economy and become as a source of core competency or competitive advantage for both organizations and the individuals. Owing to large ignorance of strategic classification model of IT and the need for business strategic needs, thus, the objective of this current research attempts to propose a strategic classification model of information technology based on M-H theory and prior research on classification of quality. This proposed model divided into two dimensions, including IT function attributes’ level of fulfillment and the organization’s or individual’s resultant sense of competitive intensity, which suggests five categories of IT – Strategic Technology, Positive Technology, Base Technology, Ineffective Technology, and Negative Technology. Finally, we suggest strategic classification principles of IS/IT and conduct an empirical survey using a sample of Information Management Department’s students to demonstrate the applicability of this model.
