2008-03-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/691258摘要:隨著全球資訊科技化的趨勢以及產業界前瞻性發展需求,國科會為了提升國家的競爭力,遂推動本計畫,以培育優秀跨領域專業科技人才為目標,期能建立一套可萃取不同科技領域知識,又可迅速推廣至全國的教學模式。 本計畫期程為民國94年1月至民國98年2月,共計4年,利用網路無遠弗屆的特性,使用國網中心的寬頻網路為主幹,建置傳遞跨知識的途徑。計畫中針對新興之影像顯示與光機電、奈米、生物醫學工程等跨領域科技,發展教育平台及教學模式,主要重點可分為: (1)即時互動式協同教學模式及平台 (2)遠距互動協同教學 (3)數位教材(含電子書、實驗操作以及互動式軟體教學等) (4)教學實體展示中心及教學實驗室 (5)生醫技術轉移 本整合計畫以精簡的設備需求,開發遠距互動協同教學模式及平台。迄今,共有22所學校、54個的系所參與(包含離島院校)。選課的學生也由第一年的421人次,增加至第二年的1,475人次,成效斐然。隨著計畫的執行,部分的教材,藉由校際合作與技術轉移,發展出簡易教具,增加學生實際動手操作的機會,以增進遠距教學的效果。 本整合計畫將新興跨領域科技之相關知識擴展至全國,並且也將分散的教育資源加以整合及運用,達到培育重點科技人才之目的。 <br> Abstract: In responding to the development of global information technology and the need of industrial section promotion, Nation Science Council impels the ‘Interdisciplinary Science and Technology Education Platform – ISTEP’ project. The purpose of the project is to develop a model and/or a platform which has the capability to extract interdisciplinary knowledge and can easily be spread and adopted all over the country. This 4-year’s project, from January 2005 to February 2009, use the character of internet, provides transmits the cross domain knowledge best way. The time of the plan regulation from 2005 to 2008, the entire journey total is 3 years. The platform development includes the primary plans, Educational Platform for FPD and Opto-mechatronics, Nanotechnology Education Program and Establishment of Biomedical Engineering Education Platform(E-BEEP), take resources sharing with several studies as the implementation strategy, uses the interaction type distance learning, and manufacture good teaching materials, establish entity demonstration center and so on,etc.. The goal to achieve cross domain specialized scientists and technicians. This plan manufacture specialization teaching material, promotes several multimedia teaching materials, establishes the specialized several teaching materials team. According to the plan, with teaches systematization content analysis the document design lively, splendid multimedia presents, develops may severalty the teaching materials lifelong study. As for the entity demonstration center development, this plan has established nano-biotechnology teaching laboratories, Exhibition Center, and will unify all quarters resources with producing study cooperation, continue to expand entity of center environment the cross domain science and technology education, will assist the study principle of concept the study.The penetration actual operation and the entity observes.
