2011-09-152024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/651591摘要：《臺大文史哲學報》自1950年創刊，2000年改版以來，是海內外學人發表高水準研究成果的重要園地，在學術界素負盛譽，不僅於各類期刊評鑑中表現突出，亦被國科會「臺灣人文學引文索引核心期刊THCI Core」資料庫所收錄，扮演推動人文學術發展的重要角色。本刊近年更將網頁更新為中英雙語呈現，讓所登載的學術成果更便於國外學者檢索、利用，以被收錄於A&HCI為遠程目標；基於此想法，近期內仍須提高自身整體品質，並凸顯本刊特色。 　　 　　預期達到目標為： 1. 充實本刊電子期刊內容。由於人文類期刊論文的引用期遠較自然科學類期刊論文更為持久，本刊已將早期尚未電子化的期刊論文皆一一掃描，並進行過刊論文的中英文摘要與關鍵字上網。早期論文缺乏關鍵字與摘要部分者，本刊將聘請專人漸次補齊。最終目標是將可取得作者授權的過刊論文全部上網。 2. 逐年取得過刊作者授權（本刊過刊論文約計六百八十篇，預計近三年內取得百分之七十的作者授權，另百分之三十，約二百篇左右，由於年代久遠，距今最久有四十年以上，只能盡力而為），並加入國內外重要期刊電子資料庫，如國家圖書館「臺灣學術期刊數位化共享計畫」，並與美國EBSCOhost Online Research Databases等合作，目的在使本刊的論文能見度極大化，增加國內外學者利用的機會，以擴大本刊之影響力。 3. 籌畫主題專刊內容。文學院擁有8系12所，包含國內少有的人類系、戲劇系、藝史所、語言所等，允為歷史悠久、範疇多元、視野廣闊的國內人文重鎮，在國際藝術人文領域的表現亦殊堪嘉許（2011年QS排名，本院英語與文學領域排名第37，哲學領域為第41，語言學領域約在65名），故若能於此學術基礎之上，以《臺大文史哲學報》為平台，藉由妥善規劃，整合各領域學者的研究成果，利用專號方式呈現，將更能與國際學界及相關學科交流、對話，將本刊推向國際。<br> Abstract: Humanitas Taiwanica began publication in 1950. After a layout and design revision in 2000, it has become a top-tier journal that scholars in Taiwan and abroad publish in. Well respected in the academic community, Humanitas Taiwanica not only enjoys high ratings compared with other journals, it was also accepted into the National Science Council’s Taiwan Humanities Citation Index (THCI) Core Database. It plays an important role in the development of humanities research. In recent years, the journal has added Chinese and English online versions, enabling foreign scholars to more easily search and access published research. Future goals include being accepted into the Arts & Humanities Citation Index. With this in mind, Humanitas Taiwanica must over the next few issues continue to increase quality and layout to allow the journal’s unique qualities to shine forth. 　　 　　The journal’s objectives are as follows: 1. Add to online content. Due to the fact that articles published in humanities journals have a longer life than do articles in natural science journals, Humanitas Taiwanica has already scanned all early articles that have yet to be digitized. In addition, the Chinese and English abstracts and keywords of older articles have been put online. For those articles that were originally published without abstracts and/or keywords, experts will be hired to compose them. Ideally, permission will be obtained from authors to put the full text of their articles online. 2. Obtain open access authorization over the next few years. The journal has published a total of 680 articles thus far. It is anticipated that around 70% of the authors will give authorization over the next three years. For the remaining 30%, or 200 articles, many were published over 40 years ago, making the process much more difficult. Also, the journal will seek to join important national and international databases, such as the National Central Library’s project “Digitization of Scholarly Journals in Taiwan” and the U.S.-based EBSCOhost Online Research Databases. The aim is to increase visibility of articles published in Humanitas Taiwanica and to increase their use by scholars worldwide, thus expanding the journals influence. 3. Plan topic-specific special editions. There are 8 departments and 12 graduate institutes in the College of Humanities, including one that are less common in Taiwan—Anthropology, Theater, Art History, and Linguistics. It is a long-standing, diverse, and far-sighted college in Taiwan, which has especially been commended for performance in the international arts and humanities field (in the QS rankings for 2011, the College was 37th in English and Literature, and 41st in Philosophy, and 65th in Linguistics). If the College can build on this academic basis through Humanitas Taiwanica, then with proper planning major research in various fields can be gathered into one special issue. This will enable the journal to have more of an international presence and thus be able to dialog and interact better with the international academic community.
