2001-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/690403摘要:近年來粉末射出成型已漸漸應用於生產精密金屬及陶瓷零件,但是陶瓷粉末與塑膠在材料特性上有所差異,所以在射出成型時有許多困難點與未知的問題產生,再加上粉末射出的製程複雜,因此陶瓷粉末的充填模擬分析確實有其必要。 本文採用C-Mold中的C-Filling 模組(AC-Technology 96.7),初步以陶瓷材料性質來模擬薄半球殼之充填,並與實驗之短射圖相比較,以探討陶瓷材料在充填過程中之現象,並與一般的塑膠材料(PP)做一比較。研究結果顯示C-Mold模擬與實際射出時融膠的充填情形相吻合,且採用單一扇狀進澆口的設計及配合較高的模溫、射速,可獲得較佳的工件品質。 <br> Abstract: Powder injection molding is applied to product precision metallic or ceramic parts. This research intends to use injection molding and C-Mold filling analysis to improve the quality of thin Al2O3 molded parts. C-Mold filling analysis proves helpful in predicting of filling pattern and in the design of runners and gates.
