2005-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684292摘要:本年度已完成分級制度的規劃,除了將現行農會的分級標準列為預設參數外,也允許使用者自訂參數,使得分級機制更具有彈性。在進行水果品質檢測時,每隔三十分鐘就必須做一次儀器校正,避免儀器因長時間使用而產生位準飄移。因此,中控端加入自動校正的功能,達到預設時間就進行自動校正程序,避免使用者忘記做校正動作而產生檢測上的誤差,導致分級錯誤。當一批水果檢測完畢後,會列印出報表,同時會將生產者資料及水果品質儲存成紀錄檔,以供日後檢視分析。操作手冊部分已大致完成,而技術手冊會以操作手冊為基礎,加入程式的流程圖,以利日後技術能夠順利轉移,以及在遇到問題時,幫助技術人員排除困難。 關鍵字: 線上檢測系統、水果品質、分級 <br> Abstract: The scheme of fruit grading method has been completed this year. Except that the current fruit grading standard in the farmers` association is set as pre-defined parameters into the system, the user-defined parameters are also available. The new scheme makes the fruit grading more flexible. In the process of fruit quality inspection, the setting of the instruments must be calibrated every 30 minutes to avoid the baseline drift during long-term operation. Therefore, the automatic calibration function is set into the host control system to avoid the error or mistake of fruit inspection and grading. As long as a group of fruit is inspected completely, the report form is automatically printed, and the producers’ profile and fruit quality output are saved as a record file for further analysis. The manuscript of operation manual for the system has been completed. The technical manual of the system that is based on the framework of operation manual and the flow charts of programs are also prepared for technology transfer in the future. The technician can solve problems based on the technical manual.
