2007-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682469摘要:緩效性殺蟲劑對蜜蜂雖然不會造成立即性死亡,卻可能影響蜜蜂的訪花行為與蜂群的正常育幼,隨後所造成的大量蜂群死亡則無可避免。近年來國外已開始重視這類藥劑對蜜蜂的毒害,而本國法令仍以蜜蜂半致死劑量(LD50)作為評估有益昆蟲的毒性測定。國內目前廣泛施用的緩效性殺蟲劑,例如百利普芬與益達胺等,前者為青春激素類似物,顯然會影響蜂群的育幼與工蜂的行為;後者屬於新尼古丁類神經毒劑,低劑量可能影響工蜂訪花行為。本研究擬評估這兩類藥劑對蜜蜂個體與蜂群的影響,並訂定此類藥劑對蜜蜂的無影響最低劑量。<br> Abstract: Traditionally, measurement of the acute toxicity of pesticide to honey bee has relied on LD50. However, the estimated lethal dose may only be a partial measure of the deleterious effects. In addition to direct mortality induced by pesticide, their sublethal effects on bee physiology and behavior must be considered for a complete analysis of their impact. This study focuses on two popular pesticides in Taiwan, imidacloprid and pyriproyfen.
