2020-01-222024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662698摘要：臺灣已進入高齡化社會，因應農村人口高齡化議題，水保局北區分局分別於106年委託執行「北區農村綠色樂齡生活區營造計畫」將北區農村依發展特色區分為「在地安居」、「農村工作假期」與「長宿休閒」三類生活區，108年執行「北區農村綠色樂齡生活區先期空間規劃」選出宜蘭內城社區、新竹縣寶山鄉新城社區、及新竹南外社區建立農村綠色樂齡環境營造範例。 延續前期執行成果，本年度計畫主要分為兩部分。第一部分為既有社區接續輔導，輔導內城辦理長宿休閒之遊程、新城社區辦理園藝輔療課程訓練與試體驗、南外社區辦理花甲行動直賣所經營。第二部分為潛力社區拓展輔導，辦理說明會誘發其他農再社區參與執行綠色樂齡生活區之意願，進行社區資源盤點與評估篩選新的潛力社區，並舉辦工作坊協助社區構思綠色樂齡生活區之未來發展定位、長期工作進程與目標。 <br> Abstract: Taiwan has become an aging society. In response to the increasing senior population, Soil and Water Conservation Bureau (SWCB) proposed “Green Senior Living Community Development in North Rural Areas” project in 2017, which classified rural communities into three green care living modules: “Local Green Living”, “Rural Working Holidays”, and “Rural Long Stay”. In “Preliminary Spatial Planning for Green Care Living Area in Rural Northern Taiwan, 2019”, three models were adopted to practical cases of Neicheng community, Xincheng community, and Nanwai community as operational demonstrating communities. Following up on former projects, this project comprises two sections. The first section is to continue operations management counseling for demonstrating communities, which includes running long stay tourism for Neichen community, holding horticultural therapy courses for Xincheng community, and managing farmer’s cooperative market for Nanwai community. The second section is to explore and assist potential communities. Seminars will be held to spark the intent to plan for green care living of potential communities with rural regeneration. After analyzing and evaluating their community resources, there will be workshops to support the targeted ones with formulation of long term objectives, planning program and developing strategy.
