2013-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/656202摘要:憂鬱症是嚴重影響病患本身及其家人、社會的一種精神疾病,會造成嚴重的失能與死亡。根據研究調查指出,90%自殺者皆具有情感或精神疾病,其中最主要即是憂鬱症 (Mann, 2002)。憂鬱症所引起的失能情形,除了增加醫療資源的負擔,更會造成社會許多經濟上損失,而現行憂鬱症用藥與療程會帶來許多副作用,如:食慾下降、失眠、體重急遽變化,使得接受治療的病患比例不到五成,高比例的未治療病患會帶來更高的社會與經濟負擔。因此,開發具有抗憂鬱功效的健康食品,是一個很有潛力且必要的研究。 目前衛生署認定的十三項保健功效中並未包含抗憂鬱此功效,而自民國96年12月31日開始施行的健康食品查驗登記之第二軌(規格標準),目前僅有魚油健康食品和紅麴健康食品兩種規格標準。金針花(Daylily Flower)為傳統用作鎮定、安眠、利尿功效之藥材或作為蔬菜食用,為醫食同源之高經濟作物,而苦蕎(Fagopyrum tataricum),又稱韃靼蕎麥(Tartary buckwheat),較一般蕎麥富含盧丁等生物類黃酮的成分,具有降血壓、降低動脈硬化風險、消水腫及抗氧化等作用,因此本計畫之目的為研究評估健康食品之抗憂鬱保健功效並制定金針花及苦蕎健康食品的規格標準。本計畫將以專業的研究團隊及近年來本食療研究室在傳統中醫食療抗憂鬱方面的研究經驗與成果,利用PubMed, Agricola, Web of Science 等文獻檢索資料庫和網際網路拓樸資料檢索,整理目前已發表之國內外與抗憂鬱功效相關研究論文,針對抗憂鬱功效之評估及金針花、苦蕎之安全性、保健功效、活性成分及其分析方法、有效劑量等進行資料統整分析,並根據結果評估金針花及苦蕎規格標準的可行性、研擬金針花及苦蕎健康食品規格標準之草案,並舉辦研討說明會,以期促進國人健康。 <br> Abstract: Depression is the mental disorder which affects the patients, the families and the public. It may cause serious disability and death. According to recent studies, 90 percent of the people, who suicided himself, has the emotional and mental diseases. The main one is depression (Mann, 2002). The disabled situation of depression brings about either the economic lost in the society or the burden on the medical wealth. In addition, the recent antidepressants and the therapy bring to man side effects, include: losing of appetite, insomnia, huge change in weight. These effects make the patients who accepts the therapy is less than 50 percent. Simultaneously, the high ratio of non-therapic patients brings more society and economic burden. Therefore, it has the potential and necessary to develop the health food in anti-depression. The thirteen health benefits which the TFDA has recognized, exclude the anti-depression one currently. From 31th, Dec., 2007, the second track of the health foods inspection and registration has only the specification in fish oil and Monascus purpureus. The Daylily Flower has been used for the medical materials or vegetables in sedation, sleeping and diuretic. It is also the high-industrial crop in the medical food source. And Fagopyrum tataricum, also being known as Tartary buckwheat, contains relatively high flavonoids as rutin than common buckwheat, reduces high blood pressure and the risk of arteriosclerosis, and shows an anti-edema effect and antioxidant activity. Consequently, this plan is for studying the evaluation of anti-depression in health foods and establishing the specification for the Daylily Flower and Fagopyrum tataricum. The plan will use the professional team and the studying experience and result in our dietary therapy lab’s effort on traditional Chinese food-medicine in antidepression. We use the searching database and internet topology data retrieval, such as PubMed, Agricola and Web of Science to organize current at home and abroad published anti-depressive papers. In the light of Daylily Flower and Fagopyrum tataricum ‘s safety, health function, active components, analysis methods and effective dose ,we analysis and integrate the data. Then, we use the result to evaluate the feasibility of the standard and specification in both Daylily Flower and Fagopyrum tataricum.
