2013-01-312024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/678699摘要：1. 解決長期困擾酪農業的頑固性、反覆發生之乳房炎，減少人力物力支出，使乳業生產效率提升，乳牛使用年限提高，生乳品質從根本改善，解決長期困擾酪農業的難治乳房炎問題。 2. 計畫針對共35頭對傳統乳房炎治療效果不彰之乳牛(難治乳房炎)，以新式治療方式介入，評估新式治療對於頑固性乳房炎之成效。根據本實驗室的初步研究，乳房內灌洗對於頑固性乳房炎相較於乳房炎軟膏的治療效果更為顯著，若計畫研究結果為正向，可擴大推廣為全國性計畫，以期解決乳房炎問題。<br> Abstract: Our research is focus on those dairy cow which had been treated but presenting poor or no response to treatment.&nbsp;The purpose is to find a new treatment or resolution in order to treat refractary mastitis in dairy cow. We will try new treating protocol,&nbsp;using water-soluble antibiotics to flush entire mammary gland. Our ultimate goal is to cure refractory mastitis patient, lower down the prime cost in dairy production and&nbsp;improve milk quality. &nbsp; We will collect 35 speciment has refractary mastitis, doing&nbsp; intramammay&nbsp;antibiotic&nbsp; flush&nbsp; treatment.&nbsp;According to our laboratory`s elementary research, water-soluble antibiotic intramammaryflush has more obvious better treating then traditional mastitis treatment.
