dc.description.abstract | 本年度計畫之主要目的在設計靜態同
步調相器之控制器。在計畫㆗, 延伸第㆒
年之計畫研究成果,使用K r o n 化簡法以求
得從補償匯流排(峨眉)往系統端看出之系
統戴維寧等效電路, 再利用此㆒簡化等效
電路來設計靜態同步調相器之控制器參
數。所採用之控制器參數設計法為將系統
動態方程式在某㆒特定工作點線性化之
後, 利用根軌跡法與極點指定法, 將原本
較不穩定的振盪模式之特徵值指定至較穩
定的區域, 即可陸續決定各參數值。將此
已選定之控制器架構和參數放入全系統進
行時域模擬, 並且在匯流排的負載端加入
1 0 %的擾動訊號,觀察系統加入S T A T C O M 但
未加入控制器時與加入S T A T C O M 控制器後
的動態電壓與電流響應圖, 驗証所設計的
S T A T C O M 控制系統確實能改善系統動態特

dc.description.abstract | The purpose of phase 2 of this three-year project is
to use a systematic procedure to design the controller
of the static synchronous compensator (STATCOM).
The Thevenin equivalent circuit from O-MEI bus to
Taiwan power system is derived by Kron reduction.
Based on this Thevenin equivalent circuit, the system
dynamic equations are linearized around a nominal
operating point, and the parameters of the STATCOMs
controller can be designed. The eigenvalues of the
poorly damped mode are shifted to a more stable
region by root locus method and pole assignment
approach. Then, the controller parameters can be
determined. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the
designed controller, the dynamic voltage responses
with/without STATCOM controllers under a 10%
change in load and under different operating
conditions are investigated using the time-domain
simulations. Simulation results indicated that the
STATCOM controller designed by the systematic
procedure can improve the dynamic voltage
performance over a wide range of operating
