The film grown by the seed layer MAI and doubleinterdiffusion with low rate to interact with PbI2 exhibits great uniformity and flatness. The quality of the perovskite with growth process controlling (GPC) method is enhanced. With better performance of CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite film, our solar cells have relatively high PCE = 16.43 %. All the solution-based coating and annealing steps are carried out in atmosphere, which is beneficial for industrialization. ? 2019 IEEE. |
