The antenna elements are dual-polarized along +/-45 degrees to avoid the harmful multi-path effects from metal supporting structures. They are in a cross-dipole architecture with tapered shapes to improve bandwidth, which were designed on multi-layered dielectric substrates to produce a bandwidth larger than 4 GHz from the full-wave simulations with good isolation. ? 2021 Taiwan Microwave Association. |
