The best one result shows that Jsc from 23.85 mA/cm2 to 22.99 mA/cm2(3.60% enhancement) and the efficiency from 17.41% to 15.57% (10.56% enhancement). The un-baked sample shows higher stability on EQE enhancement factor, slightly decreasing from 130% to 128%. Furtherly, the prolonged lifetime test for PeQDs exhibits considerable possibility in the future. © 2020 IEEE. |
