Authors: | 李慧梅 | Keywords: | 潮解;界面活性劑;有機氣膠;吸濕;Deliquescence;Surfactant;Organic aerosol;Hygroscopic | Issue Date: | 31-Jul-1999 | Publisher: | 臺北市:國立臺灣大學環境工程學研究所 | Abstract: | 有機物為氣膠之重要成分,其中包含具 界面活性之有機物,它們可影響溶液表面 性質。本研究中,針對氯化鈉與界面活性 劑混合氣膠之潮解現象進行觀察探討,並 選用兩種環境氣膠中常見且具界面活性之 物種進行研究,所選用物種為Glutaric acid 及Pyruvic acid。本研究系統包括:相對濕 度調節室、TDMA(Tandem Differential Mobility Analyzer)系統及SMPS(Scanning Mobility Particle Sizing)系統。研究結果顯 示,氯化鈉氣膠之潮解點在75%RH,其粒 徑成長79.47nm,粒徑成長率為77.9%。界 面活性劑共以六種不同重量百分比與氯化 鈉混合,六種重量百分比中界面活性劑分 別佔氣膠重量之2.5%、5%、10%、20%、 40及60%。混合氣膠之研究結果顯示,界 面活性劑之存在將使氣膠之潮解點及潮解 粒徑下降。所觀察到之最低潮解點發生在 60%的界面活性劑下, 潮解點可降至 71%RH。此外,氣膠之潮解粒徑亦隨界面 活性劑之增加而下降,於60% Pyruvic acid 下所觀察到潮解粒徑最低,為142.7nm。 In this study, the deliquescence phenomenon of sodium chloride aerosol withsurfactants was investigated at retention time 4.24 sec. Two surfactants used in this study, including glutaric acid and pyruvic acid, because they both are found in atmospheric aerosol and show surface active property. The experimental system consists of a relative humidity conditioner, a tandem differential mobility analyzer (TDMA) and a scanning mobility particle sizing (SMPS) system. The results of sodium chloride aerosol showed that the deliquescence point of sodium chloride aerosol was found at 75%RH and the growth size of sodium chloride aerosol is 79.47nm and the growth ratio is 77.9%. Surfactants were mixed with sodium chloride internally at six different weight fractions of surfactant, includes 2.5, 5, 10, 20, 40, and 60 %wt. The presence of both surfactants appear to decrease the deliquescence point of sodium chloride, the lowest deliquescence point were both observed at about 71%RH when the weight fraction of surfactants are 60%wt. And the lowest size of sodium chloride aerosol with surfactants was found to be 142.7nm at 60%wt of pyruvic acid. The deliquescence point and size of sodium chloride aerosol with surfactants were related to the weight fraction of surfactants. It indicates that the presence of surfactants on sodium chloride aerosol change the deliquescence phenomenon of sodium chloride, and the negative effect is shown. |
