Description
本計畫的目標將分三年進行： 第一年（目標一）：建立人類肺癌細胞初代細胞培養模型，探討因酸鹼改變而區分細胞之差異，例如細胞活性表現、轉移潛力及侵襲能力。 第二年（目標二）：探討因幾丁聚醣(Chitosan)酸鹼敏感性區分之癌細胞基因表現 (如EGFR突變)，預期用此平台區分癌細胞之特性與基因表現，並與臨床做比較。 第三年（目標三）：建立藥物篩選平台，將酸鹼敏感性區分之癌細胞進行藥物篩選，並探討其臨床應用。
