Description
本計畫在設計一雙特異性T細胞銜接系統分子，針對分泌抗磷酸酯酶A2受體抗體B細胞，誘導毒殺T細胞產生特異性的毒殺作用，達到徹底治療原發性膜性腎病變的目的，並減少傳統免疫抑制治療的副作用。計畫若成功，將有治療膜性腎病變的藥物產出，解決長久以來膜性腎病變患者疾病無法治癒的困擾。研究成果也將有藥物專利產出，並可移轉生技公司，相關技術發展也可應用在其他自體免疫系統疾病或惡性腫瘤，對台灣生技產業的發展有很大的幫助。
