本計畫將深入探討腦膜淋巴循環系統是否在蜘蛛膜下腔出血後發生功能缺陷,進一步降低紅血球清除能力,對預後產生不良影響。並利用低能量脈衝超音波應用可打開血腦屏障並增加離子通道活性之特性,探討是否可能增強腦膜淋巴循環運輸功能。此外也利用牙髓幹細胞釋放物質針對其中改善蜘蛛膜下腔出血微血循環的關鍵物質之一―類胰島素生長因子,以及研究其作用之細胞與分子機制治療探討是否可以修復腦膜淋巴循環系統,並透過調節免疫細胞降低發炎反應。本研究提供深入了解蜘蛛膜下腔出血後腦膜淋巴循環系統障礙所參與病理過程的機制,提供出血性中風及其他神經性發炎相關疾病潛在治療策略希望臨床治療有所幫助。
