Description
現有證據指出,急性腎損傷、進展性慢性腎病或腎臟老化,導致近端腎小管上皮細胞異常啟動一個機轉未明的損傷修復過程。由於慢性腎臟病和末期腎病對台灣造成巨大的健康與財政負擔,了解腎病進展機轉對我國至關重要。這個計畫運用多項新穎研究技術,有潛力能解答此問題,並提出與驗證新假說,有助於對抗腎功能下降的治療策略做出貢獻,而本研究方法設計也可運用於其他腎臟疾病與其他生物醫學研究領域。
