透過本計畫執行,我們將在細胞與動物試驗中運用不同參數的低頻脈衝式超音波技術與設備探討改善中風後運動復健之效果,了解其對有氧運動與抗阻力運動中的實質改善效果,並釐清相關分子訊息包含鳶尾素與腦源性神經營養因子在缺血性腦中風的網路訊息與腦細胞損傷的相關性。預期未來將可利用低頻脈衝式超音波技術增加中風後運動復健之效果,並期望可應用於臨床。透過本計畫的執行除可提升台灣的國際學術能見度,亦可能為缺血性腦中風復健找到一條有潛力的開發途徑,達到實質應用的成果。
