Description
我們設計了三年期的實驗,第一年會蒐集不同亞型的PA患者來做轉錄組和蛋白質體的整合分析,以更了解ISYNA1和myo-inositol pathway在腺瘤和不同亞型的表現。第二年會用醛固酮患者的腎上腺檢體做組織學的驗證,同時也會用體外實驗來看ISYNA1是否會影響細胞內鈣離子的調控或醛固酮的分泌。第三年為臨床應用的分析,我們會蒐集不同亞型的PA患者血液來檢測ISYNA1其相關的microRNA濃度,也會看其相關的microRNA濃度和臨床表現及治療癒後的相關性,評估其是否能作為臨床使用的生物標記。
