Description
這項研究著眼於整聯蛋白(Integrin)在急性腎病(AKD)和慢性腎病(CKD)中的角色。重點在於了解纖維連接蛋白與整聯蛋白α5β1的分子互動,對於保護腎細胞、減緩CKD進展及保持血管內皮細胞功能的重要性。研究也將考察Sirt1- PGC-1α訊息在保護受損血管內皮細胞功能中的作用,以及其與整聯蛋白α5β1的潛在關聯。這些發現將驗證在人類AKD腎臟檢體。此外,計畫關注小胜肽(如α5β1活化胜肽, PHSRN)的潛在用途,目前已有多種小胜肽藥物在市場獲得批准。我們研究團隊(NSARF)致力於研究AKD和CKD之間聯繫,探索小胜肽在AKD和和進展為CKD的治療方向,以減輕慢性腎衰竭對人群的影響
