Description
綠膿桿菌是院內感染重要致病菌,並容易有高度抗藥性。困難治療抗藥性綠膿桿菌為近年國際關注之高抗藥病原,新穎beta-內醯胺如ceftazidime/avibactam、ceftolozane/tazobactam或cefoderocol為少數潛在有感受性的藥物。目前台灣除橫斷性藥物敏感性報告外,仍缺乏對困難治療抗藥綠膿桿菌的深入了解。本計畫透過臨床資料分析、流行病學調查、微生物特性分析與基因體研究探討困難治療抗藥性綠膿桿菌在新穎beta-內醯胺抗生素時代的盛行、抗藥趨勢與治療策略,提供臨床醫療處置與流行病學重要資訊,同時可作為感染控制與抗生素管理方針制定的參考。
